At North Primary, we greatly value the time, energy and enthusiasm that volunteers bring to our school community. Volunteers make a truly positive contribution to our children’s learning and school life, whether by listening to children read, supporting small groups with their classwork, helping to prepare resources, or assisting with practical tasks such as organising materials and photocopying.

 

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, volunteers are required to read key school policies, follow all safeguarding procedures and complete a DBS check before starting. We ask for a regular commitment to agreed days and times so we can plan effectively.
