Year 4 Multiplication Check - 17th January 2020

This workshop was run by Miss Mackenzie to help Year 4 parents understand how they can support their children with Multiplication.

KS1 Assessment for Parents - 10th January 2020

Our first session of the new year was run by Miss Mackenzie and gave parents an understanding of the KS1 assessments.

Reading Workshop for Parents - 29th November 2019

Reading is an essential link in supporting your child through all of their education. We encourage children to develop their reading skills from an early age, and with the support of parents and carers, this an be extended at home.

Phonics for Parents - 8th November 2019

Today's session with Mr Hall focussed on supporting parents understand phonics. The teaching of phonics is an important part of the curriculum and by extending the support at home, we want parents to understand how they can help their child enjoy reading.

Supporting your child with their Homework - 20th September 2019

Mr Hall invited parents to help them understand how they can support their children at home, and help extend their learning beyond the classroom.

Understanding e-Safety - 25th September 2019

Miss Maqbool, with the support of Mr Rasool delivered this workshop to help parents understand the importance of e-safety. In addition they assisted parents in setting up safety measures on their own mobiles and tablets.
